Topical

Mix with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut or jojoba) and massage into chest, neck and bottom of feet. Approx: 10-25 drops per fluid ounce of carrier oil.

Use with your oil diffuser to create an aromatherapeutic experience, (6-10 drops per diffuser run).
